Refund policy
We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Return Policy (5-Day Return Window)
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the very beginning of opening the sealed package. The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process
The product received and its condition
⚠️ Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
X (Example: Innerwear / Lingerie)
Y (Example: Accessories / Jewelry)
Z (Example: Items purchased during sale or clearance)
These items are considered final sale due to hygiene and promotional reasons.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery.
Share your order details and the unboxing video.
Once approved, ship the product back to us as instructed.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund process will begin.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If the product does not meet return conditions, the refund may be declined.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with the unboxing video for quick resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
