At Zaasha Women’s Attire, we aim to process and ship orders quickly. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Terms
Cancellation must be requested before the order is processed.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation will not be allowed.
Cancellation after shipment is strictly not allowed.
If the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order:

Provide your order number and registered contact details.
Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved (before processing), the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
